Offer description
- Develop an in-house marketing team to control the image of the brand across all channels: retail stores, online sales, contracts department and exhibitions.
- Build organized multi-channel marketing plans to showcase the culture of innovation and design at the heart of the Iwan Maktabi brand.
- Cultivate a commercially viable approach to selling by developing tools, KPIs and metrics to analyze all campaigns and recommend the best marketing mix for the company.
Skills and expertise
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in international marketing for a company in the interior design, architecture or design industries.
- Solid project management skills and distinct ability to multi-task, prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the diverse multi-channel landscapes – carpet and rug Market knowledge would be a plus
- Proven track record of planning and execution of 360° on and offline Marketing activation campaigns.
- People management skills – both internally and through agencies
- A problem-solver who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and support every marketing effort even when outside of their comfort zone.
- Willingness to travel more than 4 times a year to support the CEO during selling campaigns.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred but not essential:
- Background in art, art history, architecture or interior design.
- Experience with Middle Eastern markets and clients.
- Copywriting abilities
- Events management experience.
