- Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with existing customers, and represent the company at all major Interior Designers & Architects through periodical visits to present all products offered by the company;
- Seek new ways for the company to be present outside its own retail stores; meet with new Interiors Designers that are not mentioned in the company’s preexisting list, new VIP clients who have new homes in the country, new Hotels & contracting companies, through distribution of catalogs, visits and phone calls, in order to increase the Projects Sales;
- Seek possible collaboration with various galleries or entities to the company’s products & catalogs displayed at their point of sales (agreement, commissions, collaboration…), in addition to meeting the potential clients of the galleries;
- Provide quotations and proforma invoices as well as order samples, animations, and catalogs;
- Follow up inside the stores for projects requiring ready goods for some or all parts of the project, and coordinate with the retail sales team;
- Follow up regularly on Projects with the help of the Business Manager & General Manager;
- Respond to all requests coming from the internet (website, Instagram, Facebook, and emails) and try to turn them into sales;
- Suggest & implement new ideas & direct marketing activities that target the clients outdoor in order to enhance furthermore the Projects sales;
- Engage in public relations activities with all potential clients in order to strengthen the relationships & open new opportunities;
- Handle client account closures;
- Manage costs of all factors related to the outdoor operation (fuel, phone, samples…).

- Sales objective met;
- Clients visits & portfolio maintained & developed according to forecast;
- Reports (sales, meetings, clients, market…) clear & coherent;
- Marketing activities developed & efficient;
- Close and efficient follow up on projects’ execution;

About the Candidate:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced candidate for the position of Project Sales Manager in Lebanon.
The Project Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving Projects sales objectives while ensuring a high level of customer service.
The position reports to the General Manager.
Core Mandatory Requirements:
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Experience:
- A minimum of 4 to 6 years of sales experience, out of which a minimum of 2 years as a Sales Manager;
- A minimum of 3 years of showroom management experience.
Professional Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong knowledge in Carpets and furniture;
- Sales forecast;
- Clients & Business portfolio upgrade;
