Key Responsibilities and duties:


  •     Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and equity;
  •    Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities;
  •     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives;
  •     Manage brand budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve brand objectives;
  •     Monitor brand performance and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts;
  •     Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints;
  •     Identify and pursue new opportunities for brand expansion and growth;
  •     Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including packaging, advertising materials, and digital content;
  •     Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors;
  •     Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members and foster a collaborative and creative work environment;
  •     Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in branding strategies.

About the Candidate

We are seeking a competent professional for the position of Brand Manager in Lebanon.

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the brand's presence and reputation in the market.

The position reports to CEO.


Core Mandatory Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field;
  • An MBA or a Master degree is a plus.


Experience:
  • A minimum of five years of experience in brand management or marketing roles;
  • Proven experience of successfully launching new products or brands to market.


Professional Knowledge and Skills:
  • In-depth understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior;
  • Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis;
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, and analytics tools;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications;
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities;
