Passionate about human development and high-performance corporate culture, Tony Tarantini is a Speaker, WS Facilitator, Teacher and Coach. He is an EMBA and Masters Professor at ESA Beirut and UM6P Morocco and He’s as well entrepreneur in the services of Learning and Development. Tony collaborate frequently with ESCP Europe, USPI Sao Paulo and other prestigious Academic Institutions.
Tony designs, conceive, prepares and facilitates Workshops, Training and Coaching sessions for Executive Directors (C-Lines), Managers and High Potentials. His areas of expertise are Change and Transformations, New Way of Working , Problem Solving, Business Communication and Interaction and several Leadership dimension.
After graduating in Computer Science, he worked as a manager in a Top Italian Bank and at 2 big names in the world of International Consulting: McKinsey & Co. and Accenture.
Tony lives in Florence and works between Europe, Middle-East, North Africa and Brazil. Married, father of two little girls, Tony enjoys playing Padel and has a passion for the Arts, the Philosophy and the Social Sciences.
