Morgan in the M&A group in New York and in Hong Kong.  From 2000 until 2004, she worked at Cogent Communications Inc. as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. She thereafter became a Partner at Alvarez & Marsal Paris, where she left to launch her own consulting firm specialized in corporate turnaround and transformations in 2010.  In 2014, she joined McKinsey & Company in Paris where she was Partner responsible for the division Recovery and Transformation Services.
